We prepare our Ham and Green Onion Spanish Tortilla using either Spanish Serrano ham or regular cooked ham, your choice. If you choose the Serrano ham there will be an additional $15 cost, but the flavor is worth it. Our Spanish Tortillas will serve 20 as an appetizer or 12 as an entree. They can be prepared fresh at your location or ahead of time. You can enjoy them warm or cold. It takes about 45 minutes to prepare a Tortilla from scratch. $ 50 each.
